Box Office Hours The Cotillion Box Office is open on Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm. On days of events, we offer extended hours with TheCotillion Box Office being open through the end of the event. You may purchase tickets to any of our events while at The Cotillion.  The Cotillion Box Office is closed on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas

Age Restrictions Most of The Cotillion Ballroom’s events are all ages with a few exceptions. If there is an age-restricted event it will be marked as such on the event page. Use sound judgment when bringing a minor child to an event and please consider the crowds and lyrical content when making your decision. All patrons regardless of age MUST have a ticket to an event.

Door Time The doors open One Hour prior to the event time unless otherwise noted on your ticket and/or our website.

ATM’s For your convenience, The Cotillion Ballroom has 2 ATMs onsite. One on the East side of the building on the level to the right of where the bar is located and one in the front lobby near the Box Office window.

Seating All tickets are general admission, standing-room-only unless a show is specifically advertised as having reserved seating. There are tables with seating located around the building that can be reserved by calling 316.722.4201. All other seating is first-come, first-serve.

Accessibility Our entire venue is ADA accessible. Patrons in wheelchairs are allowed early entry with one companion, please notify security when you arrive so we may accommodate accordingly

Fees We are a no service fee Box Office, meaning you will not pay any additional service or delivery fees when purchasing tickets at our Box Office. Over the phone, there is a $3.00 service fee per ticket. Online there are service and delivery fees on tickets which vary per show based on a percentage of the ticket price. Parking Parking at The Cotillion is FREE! We have a large lot to accommodate all vehicles, including ADA accessible parking in the front of the building.

Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside The Cotillion. We do offer an open-air smoking garden where smoking is allowed. Cigarettes can be purchased at The Box Office or at Coat Check by patrons over the age of 21.

Re-Entry Once your ticket has been scanned for an event there is NO Re-Entry. If you decide to leave and come back you will have to purchase a new ticket to gain admission back into the building.

Policies & Prohibited Items All patrons will be subject to a light pat-down and search upon entry. Patrons may not bring weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, mace, tasers, or self-defense key chains, plus any item security feels can be used as a weapon or projectile. Guns of any kind are also prohibited in the building, even with a license to carry. This also includes any off-duty law enforcement, with no exceptions. Outside food or beverage, alcohol, drugs, video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie-sticks, and cameras with telephoto, zoom, or detachable lenses, as well as outside flyers to be passed out inside or put on vehicles outside, are prohibited. Patrons will be given the option to put any contraband back into their vehicles or toss the item out. There is no reselling of tickets allowed on our property, if you are seen buying or selling tickets you will be asked to leave. We have a zero-tolerance policy on anyone under the age of 21 possessing or consuming alcohol. We will expel anyone caught underage drinking or possessing alcohol and anyone supplying alcohol to minors. Once caught there is nothing to explain, there are no exceptions. Moshing/Crowd Surfing: Due to safety concerns for all of our patrons, we ask that you refrain from participating in any moshing or crowd surfing, and like activities, regardless of what the performing artist/ band may say on stage.

Cameras We do allow small point-and-shoot cameras and cell phone cameras at most events. In the event that an artist or band has requested that no cameras be allowed, we will post this restriction at the front doors and no photos will be allowed. For most events, there are no professional cameras, detachable lenses, or audiovisual equipment allowed.

Lost & Found If you notice you have lost an item while attending an event please notify security and ask for assistance finding the lost item. If you realize you lost an item after you leave please email info@thecotillion.com and someone will look to see if your item has been located and contact you with any information. The Cotillion is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Merchandise If a tour is selling Merchandise, it will be available for purchase at the Merchandise booth located on the West side of the building (to the left of the front door entrance). Cotillion Merchandise can also be purchased online, at the Merchandise booth with cash only, or at the Cotillion Box Office with cash or card.

Coat Check Coat Check is located in our Merchandise Booth on the West side of our building in between the Front Entrance and the Smoking Garden Hallway. Coat Check is available at most of our events. Coats and other merchandise may be checked/held by an attendant in our coat check area for a $5.00 fee per item. We also sell Cotillion Merchandise, Earplugs, Cigarettes, Beer, Soft Beverages, and Water in our Coat Check area.

Venue Rental The Cotillion can be rented for events! This includes Weddings, Quinceaneras, Banquets, Corporate parties, and more! For rates and information please email us at info@thecotillion.com

Bag Policy Large bags and backpacks are not allowed into the venue. Please note that any bags brought into The Cotillion WILL be subject to search by security on your way into the venue. Anything deemed by Security to be a weapon or threat will be confiscated.
